Shipping

Free standard shipping on Nepal orders over Rs 10,000. Orders under that ship for a flat Rs 150 fee.
Standard delivery arrives in 3–5 business days; express (1–2 business days) is available at checkout for an additional fee.
International shipping is available to select countries. Duties and import taxes are calculated at checkout — no surprise fees on delivery.

Returns

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for unused items in original packaging.
Start a return from your account dashboard or contact support for a prepaid shipping label.
Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days of us receiving the return.

Warranty

Every ZORAG product ships with a manufacturer warranty ranging from 1 to 5 years depending on the item — details are listed on each product page.
Register your purchase in your account for faster claims processing and proactive recall or firmware notices.
Warranty covers manufacturing defects; it does not cover accidental damage, liquid damage, or normal wear.
