These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of ZORAG's website and services. By accessing our site or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account and keep it up to date. You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for all activity under your account.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, provide false information, or are used for fraudulent or unlawful activity.

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including product availability, errors in pricing or product information, or suspected fraud.

Prices are listed in Nepali Rupees (Rs / NPR) and may change without notice; the price charged is the price displayed at checkout. Payments are processed securely through Stripe, eSewa, or Khalti when available. By placing an order, you authorize us to charge your chosen payment method for the total amount, including applicable taxes and shipping.

Shipping timelines are estimates and not guaranteed. Title and risk of loss for products pass to you upon delivery to the shipping carrier, though we will work with you to resolve lost or damaged shipments covered under our shipping policy.

Returns and warranty claims are governed by our Support page, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. In summary: unused items in original packaging may be returned within 30 days of delivery, and products include a manufacturer warranty against defects as described on each product page.

When using our site, you agree not to:

• Violate any applicable law or regulation.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or another user's account.
• Use automated means (bots, scrapers) to access the site without our written permission.
• Upload malicious code or interfere with the normal operation of the site.
• Resell products purchased from us for commercial resale without authorization, where prohibited.

All content on this site — including text, graphics, logos, product designs, and software — is the property of ZORAG or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ZORAG shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of our services or products, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product or service giving rise to the claim.

Our services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, except for the express manufacturer warranty accompanying eligible products as described on our Support page.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oregon, USA, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of our services will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Multnomah County, Oregon.

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or for legal, regulatory, or operational reasons. Continued use of our services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
